Clean rooms, friendly staff, great shower.

The room was small but just right for what we needed. It felt comfy overall. The carpet was definitely damp by the bed, which was a little weird. The shower had a huge crack and looked like it could be dangerous. The smell of pets and mold hit me when I walked in. Just a few things that made me go, yikes! But it was cheaper than a lot of places in the Dells.

Just a smart choice for a couple of nights in Wisconsin Dells with excellent value for money. I really enjoyed the pool area, which was well-maintained and a fun spot to relax after a long drive. Be aware that the noise from other rooms can be a little disruptive at night.

Cozy, clean, convenient

My stay was wonderful! The indoor pool and jacuzzi were sparkling clean and offered a perfect way to unwind after a day exploring. Plus, the location is unbeatable. Everything I wanted to see was just a short walk away!

Great for short stay

Had a nice night in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The room was clean and well-decorated. Loved the location—close to boat tours and dining spots. Breakfast had good options like waffles and cereal. Staff was super friendly too, made checking in easy. The indoor pool looked nice, though we didn’t use it.

Location near downtown facilitates easy access to boat tours and eateries. Updated room facilities contribute to a comfortable stay, sufficient for rest during busy trips.

The breakfast selection left much to be desired, especially with limited choices on the first morning and lack of pool towels. Noise from the surrounding rooms disrupted sleep, with door slamming and loud voices echoing through the hallways. Also, the staircase layout was confusing, leading to unnecessary detours just to reach the second floor, which detracted from the overall experience.

The location was great for exploring the Dells! 🚶‍♂️ The indoor pool was nice too, but the bathroom in my room was super tiny, making it hard for anyone taller to use it comfortably.

The location is perfect, close to Noah's Ark Water Park and the Original Wisconsin Ducks tours. The hotel was clean and functional, making it easy to relax after our adventures. We loved chilling by the pool and found the staff quite helpful.

However, we had issues one night when loud guests disturbed us, which led to a restless sleep. It was frustrating considering we wanted a relaxing getaway.

Not bad for a family trip

I gotta admit, the access to everything was good. We could ski easily and hit up all the Dells attractions, so the location was a plus!

It definitely wasn’t cheap, but for what it offered, I would say it was acceptable.

The hotel was conveniently located close to attractions like Ripley's Believe It Or Not and Noah's Ark Waterpark, making it easy for our family to explore. The pool area was particularly enjoyed, with windows showcasing the winter beauty, though the temperature of the water was not ideal. However, the building felt a bit worn and could use some upkeep, particularly in the guest rooms where we noticed cleanliness issues.
